DOCUMENTA features a powerful and flexible item coding/classification system. Even in the CAD environment, the designer is supported during the item code creation phase. Upon drawing approval, the created code is automatically “passed” from the DOCUMENTA database to the management software database, avoiding rewriting and the potential for errors. Existing corporate coding rules can be adopted and set directly within the coding plan in DOCUMENTA.
