Internal Messaging
DOCUMENTA is equipped with a powerful internal messaging tool. Every registered user has the ability to create “email-like” messages to send to other company users. This functionality helps streamline information distribution and reduce the volume of traditional email traffic. The messaging system is highly effective when automatically triggered by the system upon any operational event in the software. It is therefore possible to define the automatic sending of alerts to specific users, not only through the classic corporate email system (e.g., Outlook) but also through DOCUMENTA’s internal messaging functionality.
