DOCUMENTA allows for managing the master data of company contacts (companies and related people), maintaining a history of interactions. Information regarding communications with company contacts, including email messages and their attachments, are recorded and made available in DOCUMENTA. It is also possible to know if, when, and with what revision a document was sent to one or more recipients. DOCUMENTA’s “email engine,” which can be integrated with the most common email clients, manages the sending of documents in a controlled and tracked manner.
