Calendars
The calendars associated with each user are the tool that allows for the management of personal activities to be carried out within the corporate collaborative context. Each user is assigned their corporate agenda, where they can directly add activities and/or receive instructions from company supervisors. The DOCUMENTA calendar is constantly in sync with MS-Office Outlook corporate calendars.
