Documents<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Documenta is also a powerful DMS<\/strong> – <\/strong>Document Management System – <\/strong><\/strong>which allows for the effective and secure control of document management, from archiving to the distribution of company order documents.<\/p>\n\n

The operating principle is based on the creation of different document models called “styles,” which are linked to the user groups assigned personalized interaction powers.<\/p>\n\n

Documenta solves one of the most serious problems of an operating model based on archiving using file system folders: the indiscriminate duplication of folders and files\/documents, resulting in the same file with the same name being present multiple times in the archive.<\/p>\n\n

In the Documenta software, every file, whether it is a BOM item or a text document, will be unique and present in its updated revision in the various relevant operating contexts in the form of a link.<\/p>\n\n

The Documenta DMS software is based on the principle of indexed archiving of a digital document.<\/strong> Each document style is associated with a record that contains fields with information related to the document itself and its context of use and belonging.<\/p>\n\n
